Funded by the Government, the Early Career Program supports the development of the next generation of clinicians through student placements and a two-year graduate program in headspace centres. The program spans key disciplines including Social Work, Occupational Therapy and Psychology, helping ensure young people across Australia can access high quality mental health care now and into the future.

what you’ll do
You will oversee program implementation, support graduate clinicians through their rotations, and work closely with headspace centres and teams to ensure the program delivers meaningful outcomes for both the workforce and the young people they support.
You will also provide leadership to the Regional Support Team, including Implementation Coordinators, and contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of this nationally important program.
